Fees and Payments

We aim to be transparent with our pricing. All of our service fees are listed upfront, and any additional charges will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Payment for our services is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless we’ve agreed on other arrangements.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the timing, we may offer a refund or credit towards future services. Keep in mind that fees for services already provided are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best service possible, please understand that we can’t guarantee specific outcomes, especially since Age Pension entitlements depend on Centrelink’s decisions. We’re here to guide and support you, but we can’t be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as Centrelink’s processing times or policy changes.
